What you will do:
- Support all stages of client engagement to strengthen relationships and ensure no leads are missed
- Track opportunities from marketing, vendors, and global commercial teams
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across business divisions
- Prepare weekly reports summarising key activities and areas for improvement
- Analyse data to uncover commercial opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Assist in implementing commercial and regulatory processes in the UK and North America
- Maintain and regularly update the CMR database for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients, including documentation and stakeholder communication
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks to support daily business functions
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to encourage cooperation and shared learning
