Our client is a leading wealth management firm, recognised for investment performance and client service. They are seeking an Incident Resolution Lead to join their London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing incident management within the front office, ensuring disruptions to business operations are identified, recorded, and resolved efficiently.

What you'll do:


As an Operations Control - Wealth Management professional, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth running of our client's front office operations. You will be at the forefront of incident resolution, taking charge of situations as they arise and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with various internal stakeholders, coordinating efforts to manage and resolve incidents. Your analytical skills will come into play as you conduct post-incident reviews, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures. Your commitment to continuous improvement will shine through as you identify opportunities for process enhancements across all areas of the business.


* Monitor and respond to front office incidents reported by users, systems, or automated tools.
* Lead the resolution process for front office incidents.
* Collaborate with front office teams and other internal stakeholders to manage and resolve incidents.
* Follow established incident management procedures and best practices.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during incidents.
* Utilise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Tools to document progress and manage risks.
* Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure all incidents are properly documented.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within all areas of the business.
* Provide training and guidance to front office staff on incident management processes.


What you bring:


As an Operations Control - Wealth Management professional, you bring a wealth of experience in incident management or a similar oversight role within the wealth or asset management sector. Your knowledge of investment product types managed by investment firms is extensive. You are familiar with risk management tools such as RiskSmart, aCCelerate, Metricstream or Archer. Your proven ability to manage and resolve incidents effectively is complemented by your analytical approach to problem solving. Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey complex information effectively, and your leadership abilities shine in high-pressure situations. Your organisational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple incidents and priorities simultaneously.


* Experience in incident management or a similar oversight or risk role within the wealth or asset management sector.
* Knowledge of investment product types managed by investment management firms.
* Familiarity with risk management tools such as RiskSmart, aCCelerate, Metricstream or Archer.
