About the Opportunity:

Our Investment Banking Division (IBD) provides a vast array of advisory and capital-raising solutions globally. The Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) is a core part of IBD, working seamlessly with other teams to deliver comprehensive and innovative advisory, financing, and risk solutions to our Sponsor clients. This coverage spans global sectors such as consumer/retail/leisure, healthcare, technology, financial institutions, and Greentech (including infrastructure, natural resources, and power).

This role, based in London, will report directly into the Head of EMEA Financial Sponsors Group, offering significant exposure and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Supporting themonetization of Tier 1 Sponsor client relationships and possessing a sophisticated understanding of market practice and key trends.
  • Experience working within Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or boutique advisory firms.
  • A distinguished academic record, consistently highly rated versus their peer group.
  • Exceptional quantitative andanalytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and other professionals.
  • A strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups or regions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment in order to meet deadlines.
