What you'll do:
As a Global Risk and Compliance Manager – Regulatory Examinations, you will be instrumental in supporting both regional risk teams and business leaders as they assess risks, comply with evolving regulations, and participate in supervisory activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with colleagues across continents to prepare for regulatory reviews, managing document submissions with precision, producing insightful reports for senior executives, and keeping abreast of emerging regulatory trends. You will facilitate critical meetings that bring together thought leaders from around the world while ensuring that all communications—both internal and external—are clear, accurate, and timely. - Support business units in preparing for regulatory examinations by various global regulators through effective planning and coordination.
- Assist with the end-to-end regulatory examination process by preparing documentation, monitoring deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submission of materials to regulators.
- Develop a thorough understanding of enterprise-wide regulatory compliance management requirements and assist teams in meeting these obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Produce detailed monthly regulatory reports covering key developments in the Europe and Asia-Pacific regions for senior leadership review.
- Lead monthly meetings on regulatory risk with global leaders, facilitating knowledge sharing and strategic alignment across regions.
- Prepare briefing notes and summaries of regulatory speeches or public statements for distribution to executive committees and oversight boards.
- Monitor daily news sources for global regulatory changes, compiling updates for internal publication each morning by 8am EST.
- Proactively track all internal and external deliverables related to regulatory requests, ensuring quality control and escalating issues where necessary to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate communications between regulators, industry associations, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and efficient information flow.
- Support ad hoc projects or informal requests from regulators by gathering subject matter expert input and delivering timely responses.
