Tax Specialist - IR35

We are currently on the lookout for a specialist in Employment Payment taxes to support a client of ours on an ongoing interim basis. Day rate negotiable depending on experience. Hybrid work - 2 days per week in Milton Keynes.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Managing HMRC queries in relation to employment taxes

- Acting as a subject matter expert when it comes to IR35

- Playing a key role in assessing and advising on IR35 determinations, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with ever-evolving legislation and best practices.

- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to review contracts and working arrangements for IR35 compliance, identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.

- Monitor changes in tax legislation relevant to employment taxes and proactively update policies and procedures as required

This role is based on site in Milton Keynes 2 days per week and offers a competitive day rate.
