Your expertise in payroll processing and your ability to work closely with payroll vendors will ensure seamless operations.
Our client is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team. As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for multiple entity payrolls across EMEA countries. Your expertise in payroll processing and your ability to work closely with payroll vendors will ensure seamless operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with HR, finance, and tax teams, ensuring accurate employee data management and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibility will be managing multiple entity payrolls across various EMEA countries. You will be expected to ensure that all payrolls are processed accurately and on time while adhering to all relevant regulations. Your role will involve interpreting complex policies regarding leaves, disability allowances and more. You will also be responsible for reviewing payroll calculations for gross pay and ensuring compliance with national minimum wage levels. Collaborating closely with HR, finance and tax teams will be crucial in this role as you work towards ensuring accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Payroll Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes for multiple EMEA countries. You should have at least 4 years of experience handling payrolls for over 1500 employees. Your exposure to taxation, audit, and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions will be crucial in this role. Strong payroll management, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Your high-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities will be put to good use as you navigate complex HR/Payroll models involving multiple stakeholders.
