Prepare and review detailed profit and loss statements for all central costs each month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness that keeps the business on track.

Process accruals and prepayments with precision while reconciling monthly balance sheet packs to uphold robust financial records.

Update monthly forecasts and annual budgets for central accounts, providing clear insights that empower informed decision-making.

Post and oversee all inter-company charges to hotels from central accounts, maintaining transparency across internal transactions for seamless operations.

Raise invoices between internal companies efficiently to support smooth financial processes within the group.

Ensure all interface files—including daily sales, sales ledger invoices, payroll, and bank statements—are uploaded according to cut-off dates for reliable data flow.

Reconcile group gift card transactions regularly so liabilities are always accurately tracked and reported.

Complete quarterly VAT returns meticulously and submit them within required timeframes to ensure compliance is never compromised.

Assist with insurance data completion as needed to support effective risk management across the organisation.

Respond promptly to finance-related queries from both internal stakeholders (such as auditors or consultants) and external parties, providing clear explanations that foster trust.

You should be ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience to demonstrate your professional credibility.

Demonstrable experience in a similar management accounting role within a fast-moving environment is highly desirable so you can thrive in this setting.

Previous exposure to team management or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous but not mandatory if you’re keen to share knowledge.

Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders from non-financial backgrounds is important for building strong relationships.
