Key responsibilities of the Senior Internal Audit Manager:

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of risk-based internal audits across the group

• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Audit Committee

• Develop and maintain the internal audit plan aligned with strategic business objectives

• Monitor the implementation of agreed audit actions and ensure timely follow-up

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operational processes

• Coach and mentor junior auditors, fostering development and knowledge sharing within the team

• Maintain effective communication with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Key essentials of the Senior Internal Audit Manager:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIA qualified

• Proven internal audit experience in industry or practice, ideally within manufacturing

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
