What you’ll do

Engage with business owners nationwide to identify funding opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Use the company’s existing database and historic enquiries to generate new leads.

Structure tailored funding solutions across a range of finance products.

Conduct thorough financial assessments to match clients with the right lenders.

Manage the full funding process from initial proposal to drawdown.

Build and maintain relationships with introducers such as accountants, suppliers, and industry associations.

Stay up to date on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market trends.

Identify cross-selling opportunities within other finance divisions.

Maintain accurate CRM records to manage your pipeline effectively.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting overall team goals.
What you’ll bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending.

Strong knowledge of asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinance, and government-backed schemes.

Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.

Ability to explain complex funding solutions clearly while building trust with clients.

Experience managing deals end-to-end.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation ability.

Confidence using CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
