Group Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a high-performing finance team based in Beaconsfield. This pivotal position offers you the chance to play a central role in both internal and external financial reporting across the Group, working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership. • Lead the year-end audit process by coordinating with auditors and preparing comprehensive annual and interim statutory reports that meet all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the month-end reporting cycle for the Group, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies while supporting ongoing process enhancements.
• Review monthly consolidated management accounts and board packs, providing detailed profit and loss analysis as well as insightful variance commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Challenge and review key balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity of financial data across all entities within the Group.
• Collaborate closely with the wider finance team to streamline group reporting processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Contribute actively to group-wide projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial controls, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.
• Support treasury functions by assisting in cash flow forecasting activities that underpin robust financial planning across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of reporting and controls, identifying opportunities for automation or enhanced accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and reforecasting cycles by providing reliable data analysis and supporting scenario planning exercises for leadership teams.
