Group Reporting Manager

Interim Group Reporting Manager £450 per day - 6-month contract Start date: August 2025 Location: Hybrid working (2–3 days in the office)

An established business in the North West is looking for an interim Group Reporting Manager to support their finance function for an initial 6-month contract. You’ll report into the Group Financial Controller and take the lead on group-level reporting and consolidation activity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly group reporting and consolidation

• Preparation of statutory accounts and support with year-end audit

• Oversight of technical areas such as IFRS 16, pensions, share options, etc.

• Providing technical accounting advice across the business

• Leading and developing a small finance team

• Ensuring best practice financial controls are in place

• Supporting the delivery of annual and half-year group reporting

What we’re looking for:

• (ACA preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and consolidation

• Experience in a large group or listed business

• Confident managing external auditors and deadlines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
