What you'll do:

As Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial health of this growing organisation. • Assist preparation and analysis of detailed financial reports such as loan portfolio performance, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Monitor cash flow, capital requirements and funding sources to ensure optimal support for all lending activities across the business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Analyse delinquency rates, credit risks, and cost of funds in order to inform lending policies and maintain robust risk management frameworks.
• Assist internal and external audits to guarantee timely filing of statutory accounts and regulatory reports without error.
• Oversee development and maintenance of comprehensive financial policies, procedures, and risk management strategies that safeguard the business.

What you bring:
