Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to take on a challenging and rewarding position, managing treasury and cash, payroll, VAT and import tax returns, corporation tax accounts, and fixed asset accounts.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing treasury and cash management, handling payroll operations for both UK (in-house) and EU (outsourced), managing VAT/Import tax returns with the support of external advisors. You will also be responsible for managing corporation tax accounts, fixed asset accounts, reviewing management accounts, managing the group bonus/incentives scheme, owning relationships with bank and group Treasury team. Your role will also involve online banking administration and approval.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings proven experience in finance management along with strong knowledge of treasury operations and cash management. You have hands-on experience in handling payroll operations for both UK (in-house) and EU (outsourced). Your expertise extends to managing VAT/Import tax returns as well as corporation tax accounts. You are adept at managing fixed asset accounts and creating fixed asset registers. Your ability to review management accounts coupled with your experience in managing bonus/incentive schemes makes you an ideal fit for this role.
