About the Role:


We’re looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join our team on a 9-month contract. Based in Nantwich with flexible hybrid working, you’ll lead and manage all credit control activities, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit control process to reduce overdue debts and improve cash flow

  • Liaise with customers to resolve payment queries promptly and professionally

  • Lead and support the credit control team to meet targets and deadlines

  • Monitor accounts and prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Implement effective credit control strategies and policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

  • Proficient in relevant financial software and MS Excel
