Management Accountant

Join a dynamic and expanding retail group known for its premium fashion and homeware brands. My client are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their central team, supporting the growth of their vibrant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly stock reporting process across all brands.
• Handle payroll processing for central and store staff, including managing bonus and incentive accruals.
• Support month-end close processes and conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.
• Serve as a key audit contact and address audit queries.
• Contribute to statutory accounts notes and disclosures.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance financial reporting processes.
• Assist with special projects and new initiatives as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  
  Requirements:
• Newly qualified CIMA or ACCA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
• Flexible and proactive approach to new tasks and projects.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Experience in retail or multisite operations is preferred but not essential.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
