UK Head of Sales
Company: My client is a company that specialises in the development and manufacture of Chemical Anchoring, repair solutions and anchoring products for the industrial, construction, and DIY sectors. They manufacture for both global brands and household names.
The Role: As the UK Head of Sales your mission is to manage the integration of sales within the region, define the commercial strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and driving its implementation.
Responsibilities: • This individual will be ultimately responsible for the subsidiary in the commercial area within the Refinish and/or Industrial division • Full team responsibilities, including technical team and sales team • Will lead and participate in commercial negotiations • Responsible for the strategic direction and management of the region • Prepares and defends the subsidiaries sales, margin, budget, collection and commercial expenditure • Will be responsible for recruiting necessary personal for the team
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales within the sector, at least 3 of which must be leading teams • Experience setting and maintaining KPIs • Previous experience managing PNLs • Experienced in market research and strategic planning • Strong negotiating skills
