Looking for up and coming Regulatory Specialists! Please apply if you have;
- 2 or more years experience working within Regulatory or Trade and Transaction Reporting roles (banking or buy-side experience both acceptable).
- Coverage of (and expertise in at least one of) EMIR, SFTR or MIFID II.
- A strong data manipulation skill set will stand out (VBA, SQL, Macros).
- Ability to foster internal and external relationships.

EMIR Transaction, Position, Valuation and Collateral Reporting

MiFID Reporting
Submitting other regulation reports
Production of timely and accurate MIS
Static data maintenance
Ongoing analysis of the data submitted to improve the pairing and matching rate for clients
Maintain procedures for the different reporting services
Challenge current practices and procedures and develop and implement new procedures to
Enhance the reporting and controls process as necessary
Respond to client queries & resolve any issues
Required Knowledge and Level of Experience
2+ years’ experience working in a financial reporting or controls environment
Experience in the regulatory reporting environment
Overall (end to end) understanding and/or working experiences of exchange and CCP services
Skills set and Core Competencies Required for Role
Knowledge of MiFID, EMIR and SFTR would be a strong advantage
Analytical and problem solving skill set
High attention to detail
Good skills in working with PCs and on-line systems, especially MS Excel and MS Access
Ability to follow procedures, identify problems and follow up on resolution
Ability to manage a task from start to finish and on a timely basis
Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Internal and external customer service skills
