Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager Primarily remote (travel to Aberdeen 1-2 times/month) Up to £90,000 We’re delighted to be partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed energy business in their search for a Treasury Manager, a newly created, high-impact role.

• Lead cash and liquidity management across the group
• Develop and manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
• Oversee intercompany funding structures and transactions
• Manage and maintain key banking relationships
• Support and manage lending facilities, including covenant reporting
• Play an active role in M&A activity, providing treasury insight and support
• Assess, implement, and evolve hedging strategies as the business grows

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years’ treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Familiarity with banking regulations, treasury systems and financial instruments
