Job Title: Treasury Manager (Permanent, Full-time) Location: Harlow, Essex (2/3 days per week work from home) Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (plus benefits and a 24% bonus)

This is a full-time permanent role with work from home arrangements available for 2/3 days per week.

The role comes with a salary of circa £65,000 - £75,000 plus a great benefits package and a 24% bonus.

Summary:

Reporting into the Group Treasurer, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for the treasury activities of the European shared service centre. This will cover banking, FX risk, cash flow forecasting, trade finance, banking relationships and the transactional cash and banking activities.

This is a varied international treasury position offering international assignments in a stimulating and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• European Cash Management: assist the head of treasury to develop evaluate, develop and execute European cash/liquidity management initiatives.

• Manage day-to-day European treasury operations, including payment policies, interest rate negotiations, escalation of queries, and working capital management.

• Cash Forecasting: manage Group cash forecasting activity, KPIs to monitor and manage forecasting accuracy, taking necessary remedial action where required.

• Foreign currency (FX): manage Group FX exposure, evaluate and review FX risk in accordance with Group Treasury policy and support initiatives to improve risk management.

• Banking Relationships: develop strong operational banking relationships; conduct periodic analysis of banking fees and European banking controls.

• Regular reporting: assist the head of treasury in the monthly treasury reporting and monitor costs of the department.

• Implementation treasury linked systems: assist projects related processes or system improvements (simplification, automation, standardisation and security).

Requirements:

• You will have experience in a Treasury Team ideally within a large multi-national organisation.

• The ideal candidate will also have international treasury experience and some managerial experience.

• You will also hold a relevant requirement (CIMA/ACCA/ACT or equivalent)
