Senior UX Designer Birmingham (hybrid) £50,000 to £70,000 per annum Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to join a growing Product team as they look to develop their digital strategy.

Senior UX Designer – What will you be doing?

• Enhancing existing solutions, taking ownership of the digital product.
• Leading the design and development of the digital solutions.
• Using data to identify areas for improvement, then designing enhancements based on feedback and data-driven insights.
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Senior UX Designer – What will you be doing?

• Expertise in conducting user research, creating user personas, user journeys, and site maps to inform design decisions.
• Experience in performing gap analysis to benchmark products against competitors and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience conducting user testing to refine and enhance designs.
• Experience in designing for cross-platform applications.
