If you’re a commercially driven digital leader who thrives on ownership, scale and impact, this is a standout opportunity within a world-class technology organisation.

A globally recognised creative and productivity software business, whose products are used daily by individuals and enterprises worldwide - is hiring a Digital Trading Manager to drive Net New ARR across a flagship digital product portfolio in EMEA.

This role sits at the centre of the company’s digital growth engine, owning how customers are acquired, converted and retained across multiple online surfaces. It’s highly visible, insight-led and genuinely transformational.

This is a rare opportunity to take commercial ownership within one of the most sophisticated digital ecosystems in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll lead the digital trading strategy across EMEA, owning performance against Net New ARR targets and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance and Operations teams, you’ll shape and execute initiatives that improve customer journeys, conversion and retention at scale. You’ll develop robust business cases, turning complex data into clear, commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll obsess over customer experience — from acquisition through upgrades and lifecycle retention — holding cross-functional teams accountable to shared commercial goals. You’ll also monitor competitor activity, optimise demand efficiency through segmentation, and feed insights back into regional and global roadmaps.

Candidate Criteria:

  • This role suits an experienced digital trading or e-commerce professional with strong international exposure and a proven track record of owning a commercial number.
  • You’ll be highly analytical, confident influencing within a matrix organisation, and comfortable translating complex datasets into compelling narratives. Deep knowledge of digital acquisition, demand generation, segmentation and lifecycle marketing is essential, alongside the EQ to bring teams together.
  • Experience in consumer-facing digital sales environments is key. Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS products is highly attractive.

Why it’s compelling:

  • You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping EMEA digital growth strategy, with genuine ownership, senior visibility and the opportunity to drive change at scale within a globally respected technology business.
