Product Engineers and ML Engineers

A YC-backed startup, now at $3M ARR just 12 months after launch, is looking for engineers who love to ship in London.

The team is small, technical, and builds fast. Engineers here work across product and AI, shaping new features, improving infrastructure, and moving the product forward every day. There’s no middle layer of management and no endless meetings. Just high-context collaboration, fast iteration, and ownership from day one.

You’ll be joining early (bit with PMF), helping define how the product scales and what the company becomes. The environment is intense but rewarding — ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and momentum rather than process.

We are looking for engineers with either product engineering background OR ML engineering background (applied ML)

What you’ll do

• Ship production code daily across product and ML systems

• Design and own end-to-end features that impact users directly

• Collaborate closely with founders and other engineers on product direction

• Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the stack

You’ll bring

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Experience building and shipping products end-to-end

• Comfort working in a fast-moving, product-led environment

• Curiosity around AI and applied ML (experience a plus but not required)
