Perm Tech Lead- Salesforce -Consultancy

Our client is one of the world's largest Tech Consultancy. The business is looking for Salesforce Technical Lead to work 3 to 4 days hybrid in their central London office. This is a perm position.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for efficient execution.

• Develop and present BRD/FSD to align customer needs with Salesforce solutions.

• Lead technical design and development, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture and CRM strategy.

• Optimize implementation through declarative, programmatic, or AppExchange solutions.

• Provide expertise in integration, security (PII, authentication), data migration, and deployment strategies.

• Support sales by scoping, solutioning, estimating, and SOW creation.

• Mentor teams and enhance overall practice capabilities.

Job Requirement:

• 8–12 years in technology, with 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.

• Expertise in LWC, Apex, Flows, AURA, JavaScript, and integrations.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (bundles, quoting, pricing, workflows).
