Senior Software Engineer - Shoreditch

We’re hiring a Software Engineers (AKA internally as Product Engineers) for a high-growth AI startup that’s flying under the radar — but probably not for long. They are set to explode in 2025 with huge growth targets due to incredible customer demand.

From the outside, it looks like a copilot for hiring. Under the hood, it’s a whole new interface for how teams make decisions. Customers include some of the most product-obsessed companies in the Valley and Europe (think: dev tools, fintech, AI infra), and usage is scaling fast.

The founding team (ex-Uber, Palantir) is sharp, pragmatic, and obsessed with doing great work. They’re still 30 people but already operating with serious momentum and will grow to over 60 heads this year.

The role

This is a hands-on product engineering role with a lot of scope. You’ll work closely with founders, design, and customers to ship full features end to end. It’s not just execution, you’ll be helping shape what gets built and how.

You’ll likely lean frontend or backend, but comfort moving across the stack is ideal. This isn’t about being a specialist, it’s about being effective.

• AWS + Serverless + Terraform

But this will change. The team optimises for velocity and quality, not dogma. If you're excited to learn, experiment, and own big chunks of product, you’ll do well here.
