Web Front End Developer - Investment Banking

We working with a global Investment Bank to source a contract Web Front End Developer to join the London Office. If you are a strong team partner and have the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workload with a keen attention to detail, whilst meeting strict deadlines; you have found the right team!

The Web Front End Developer will work with the Corporate Meetings & Events group and its clients, and will have significant exposure and interaction to design and build client event websites, emails and registration forms for information gathering.

Job responsibilities:

· Collaborate with event planners and clients to design, build and maintain highly effective event marketing emails, websites and registration forms using the Firm’s event management system.

· Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery and execution.

· Adhere to internal policies and procedures with regards to day-to-day activities, compliance regulations and approval processes.

· Communicate appropriately with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and raise important issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for complex conference and event execution.

· Actively test the Firm’s event management system to identify bugs and use cases, and work on other technology-related projects as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

· Relevant experience in designing and developing websites and emails using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3 and 5, JavaScript and jQuery.

· Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile devices.

· Relevant experience and a high level of competency working with Microsoft Office applications.

· Uphold strong business ethics when dealing with confidential or other sensitive information.

· Relevant experience working with content management systems.

· Prior experience in Financial Services or Corporate environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite applications.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel.

· Experience with website and email analytics tools.

· Aptitude for technology, systems and understanding organizational structures.
