What you'll do:
As an Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance and effectiveness of our client's engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing a team of engineers working on core products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in a cloud-based AWS environment. You will set high standards for engineering practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is hands-off on coding but focuses on people management, coaching, and ensuring adherence to good engineering standards.
