Senior Software Developer

Senior Software Developer Remote £60,000 to £70,000 per annum Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across both back-end and front-end systems. You will also be involved in the mentorship of junior team members, promoting their growth and improving the overall team.

Senor Software Developer – What will you be doing?

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions using C# .NET and React.

• Building and managing RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and security standards.
• Implementing responsive front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and optionally Tailwind CSS.
• Developing and optimising CI/CD pipelines.
• Working within Kubernetes clusters for deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Ensuring code quality through adherence to SOLID principles and the use of automated testing frameworks like xUnit and Playwright.
• Actively participating in Agile Scrum processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on all projects.

Senior Software Developer – What will you need?

• Entity Framework for ORM and Dapper.
• Strong experience in writing and optimising SQL queries
• Experience implementing CQRS patterns using MediatR
• Proficiency with JavaScript and React for front-end development
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience working with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systems
• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD practices
• Understanding and experience in using Kubernetes clusters
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and securing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles
• Proficiency in using Visual Studio for C# and .NET development
