Senior Software Engineer

Join a founding team and help build a groundbreaking platform that changes how humans and AI work together. Well funded London based pre-seed startup, developing the first system that truly integrates human and AI collaboration, enabling businesses to achieve more without scaling headcount.

As a founding engineer, you’ll work across the stack shaping the product alongside the CTO and Machine Learning team. This is a chance to directly impact not just our product but the way organisations worldwide leverage AI.

What You'll Do

  • Build user interfaces with TypeScript and React.
  • Develop backend logic and APIs using Python and Django.
  • Design scalable systems and work on both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with the team to take features from idea to deployment.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React.
  • Comfortable with cloud environments, APIs, and full-stack development.
  • Excited to solve complex problems and take ownership of your work.
