Senior Java Developer - Credit Risk

An international bank is hiring for a Senior Java Developer within their Credit Risk IT Function. You will be working within the dynamic RTB function, working across development and maintenance. It will be a London based role, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across integration and development across credit risk systems using java and spring
  • Develop and enhance in-house applications using Java
  • Migrate and manage transfer of files and feeds through the bank's various systems
  • Work closely with the credit risk business function and ensure expectations and needs are met and managed
  • Translate business needs into IT definitions

Key Requirements:

  • Highly skilled across Java (Java 8 or above)
  • Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
  • Experience with development utilising IntelliJ/Eclipse with debugging
  • Experience using version control systems; GIT/Subversion
  • Experience with building tools; Maven
  • Experience with relational database development
  • Skilled across configuration using tools like JBOSS
  • Working experience across file transfer protocols and configuration
  • Experience with IntelliJ, Jenkins, Powershell, Javascript

Please note this role involves out of hours support on a rota basis.
