Senior Backend Engineer-Fintech SaaS

Our client is a seed stage (series A in Oct 2024 with $20+m funding) Fintech SaaS business with an unique product that is going to change the alternative industry. This role requires you to work hybrid in the London office (3 days per week).

Key Job Requirement:

  • 7+ years of experience, advanced level JAVA, Python engineer who can define solution architecture (API), design, programmer experience
  • Good experience as a senior developer delivering project work, mentoring team members
  • Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure
    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with non-technical members of staff in a cross-functional team.
  • At the heart of everything, you'll be someone that is truly passionate about building a Fintech software product from early stage, with the ability to lead and be excited by an engineering challenge.
