Key Responsibilities:
• The Senior Associate will take charge of the day-to-day management of company’s main website.
• Ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards is a critical responsibility.
• Collaborating with the Communications and Engagement team to provide web and digital support and advice.
• Contributing strategically to web development and creative ideation sessions.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Managing digital tools and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously monitoring and improving the website's health.
• Overseeing the digital agency and contractual obligations.
• Budget management to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in website management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SharePoint CMS is required.
• A strong technical understanding and expertise in SEO are essential for success in this role.
