The Bristan Group has partnered with Robert Walters Technology. They are keen to appoint a Change Manager. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to facilitate employee adoption of workplace changes. In addition you will oversee the transition to new ways of working, including a ERP solution implementation.
As a Change Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create/execute change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption/usage. You will ensure projects meet objectives on time and budget, in addition to the people side of change. This will include business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
The role is based out of the Tamworth offices, offering a hybrid model, paying a salary range of £55,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: Change Manager
As an experienced Change Manager, you will report directly into the Transformation Director with skills in the following areas:
Duties: Change Manager
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments.
Create change management strategy.
Identify and analyse risks and develop mitigation tactics.
Manage anticipated resistance and provide consultation and coaching to project team.
Create actionable deliverables for change management levers such as communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.
Support communication and training efforts
Engage and coach senior leaders, managers, and supervisors.
Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Integrate change management activities into project plans.
Evaluate user readiness and manage stakeholders.
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Support change management at the organisational level (Enterprise Change Management)
Manage the portfolio and change load.
Experience: Change Manager
Convey complex information clearly and tailor messages to different audiences.
Resilience to handle setbacks, limited resources, and uncertain teams.
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams throughout the change process.
Strategic analysis and planning skills, including the ability to assess the organisation's current state and align change initiatives with goals and objectives.
Empathy and interpersonal skills to build
APMG Change Management certification or other related Change Management Certifications.
Project Management Certifications Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner.
