Senior Project Manager - Ticketing

Senior Project Manager - Ticketing Manchester City Center (onsite Tues & Weds each week) 6mth duration £500-550 per day - Outside IR35 Interviews w/c 13/04 & 20/04

• Hands-on Delivery & Chasing: Driving delivery momentum across multiple, often overlapping, workstreams by actively chasing updates, identifying blockers, and removing obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Ticketing & Tech Integration: Leveraging experience in ticketing systems to bridge the gap between technical software development teams and business objectives.
• Change & Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and suppliers, facilitating change, managing escalations, and ensuring that technical changes are smoothly adopted by the business.
• Tool Proficiency: Using Miro for collaborative planning/mapping and MSP (Microsoft Project) for detailed scheduling and tracking.

• Ticketing Technology Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of ticketing platforms, attendee experience, and operational systems.
• Fast-Paced Delivery: Demonstrated experience working in high-pressure environments, managing complex, multi-supplier projects.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders and align tech roadmaps with business strategy.
• Agile & Hybrid Methodologies: Skilled in coaching teams on agile, lean, and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) methodologies.
• Commercial Awareness: Experience with statements of work, vendor management, and commercial accountability.
