Product Analyst

Product Analyst Birmingham (hybrid) £40,000 to £45,000 per annum Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a Product Analyst to join a growing Product team as they look to develop their digital strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing the performance of their digital hardware to exceed the expectations of the UK market.

Product Analyst – What will you be doing?

• Using Power BI and other visualisation tools to create dashboards.
• Assessing and analysing performance data from digital food ordering and payments platforms, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights.
• Supporting Product Managers in developing and enhancing the hardware solutions.
• Ensuring hardware solutions are maintained and well managed.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across device management tools and platforms.
• Gathering and analysing customer feedback from various channels.

Product Analyst – What will you be doing?

• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical background.
• Exposure to payment solution systems.
• Experience using device management tooling and hardware management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail mindset.
