Our client is looking for a hands on, data-driven technical Product Owner to join their London based team.
The role is part of Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology that provides the tools required by the AFC function. AFC is responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that our client may be used to facilitate financial crime. Its role includes setting minimum standards and monitoring adherence to those standards, as well as defining and implementing controls that align with our clients global legal requirements.
As a Technical Product Owner/Lead Analyst you will be responsible for the product lifecycle from conception through to go-live and maintenance. You will develop a strategic vision, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the product(s). You will be responsible for managing a multi-year product roadmap and vision along with ensuring you manage expectations through transparent and successful delivery. Supporting improving the team mindset and skills in Design and Product Thinking Your skills and experience • Experience with Design Thinking processes and techniques for example User Persona’s, User Journey and Minimum Viable Products / Experiments • Experience with product vision & strategy, roadmaps, product analytics, user surveys, user interview, user experience testing, Impact Mapping, Story Mapping and Story writing & break-down • Comfortable with requests from different stakeholders if the requests are not in the best interest of the product and be able to take into account regional variations in requirements / competing demand • Technical hands on experience with database entity models (Data modelling), SQL, Jira, Confluence, and use case analysis / swim lane creation • Experience of Feature Mapping and/or Behaviour Driven Development and other Lean-Agile analysis practices.
