Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how a tech company we are working with operates by defining business requirements, designing processes, and supporting system implementations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure systems and processes align with the companies growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Business Requirements & Process Design:
    • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements.
    • Document clear, scalable business needs (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
    • Analyse current processes and design future-state solutions.
  2. Support Core Systems & IT Landscape:
    • Act as the business lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central, and related platforms.
    • Partner with IT to enhance systems like HR, Finance, and Operations tools.
  3. Integration & Transformation Initiatives:
    • Support M&A integrations by analysing acquired processes and planning migrations.
    • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions.
  4. Continuous Improvement & Governance:
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or simplification opportunities.
    • Maintain documentation aligned with PMO standards.

What you'll bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a systems-driven organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Experience leading workshops and managing stakeholders.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Reporting).
  • Proven ability to support system rollouts or integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Exposure to M&A integrations or system consolidation.
  • Knowledge of API/integration concepts (e.g., REST APIs).
  • Lean/continuous improvement mindset.
