What you'll do:
As a 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician, your role will be pivotal in providing first-line support to end-users across various offices. You will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems and applications within a Microsoft Environment. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software assets. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks while ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures. Your role will also involve coordinating with other IT professionals and vendors on various projects.
* Provide first-line support to end-users for software, hardware, and network across offices.
* Install and configure computer systems and applications (Microsoft Environment) and maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets.
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including patch management.
* Escalate to Level 3 support with IT service provider.
* On-board new joiners.
* Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and roll out of new tools.
* Coordinate with other IT professionals and vendors.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, especially regarding data protection and cybersecurity.
* Document internal procedures, solutions to technical problems, and provide user guides when needed.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician role brings around two years of experience in IT Helpdesk support L1 & L2. You have worked extensively with Microsoft environments such as Azure AD, Intune, Exchange. Your knowledge of Network technologies like Cisco, Unifi, Fortinet will be highly valued. You are fluent in English and any additional European language would be an advantage. Your service-oriented mindset, pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills set you apart. You are well organised with the ability to multitask and have a high sensitivity towards cybersecurity. You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting.
* Around 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support L1 & L2.
* Experience with Microsoft environment (Azure AD , Intune , Exchange).
* Knowledge of Network technologies (Cisco, Unifi, Fortinet).
* Fluency in English; additional European language is an advantage.
* Service-oriented mindset.
* Pro-active attitude with excellent communication skills.
