Working model: Onsite (5 days per week in the office) with every other Friday at home

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an IT Support Specialist (with Legal industry experience) to join their team in London. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £57,000 base. What you'll do:
As an IT Support Specialist, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of computer operations within the firm's international offices. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support to users, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. Your excellent customer service skills will come into play as you handle escalated tickets from the Help Desk and provide follow-up support to users. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various IT projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Provide direct technical support (Level 1 and Level 2) for computer system users in the office.
- Support and troubleshoot both computer and telecommunications-related issues: software, hardware, network devices, printers, and smartphones.
- Handle tickets escalated from the Help Desk in a timely manner.
- Take part in Business As Usual (BAU) tasks and projects as assigned by the IT Support Manager.
- Assist with training system users as required on all aspects of computer Technology.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for assigned offices and other international offices, when needed.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this IT Support Specialist role is someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively interact with attorneys and staff in a non-technical manner. You should have a good understanding of PC hardware and software, specifically Windows Operating System 10 and MS Office 2016. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances professionally, maintain your technical knowledge, and demonstrate strong customer service orientation will set you apart. - Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience of Cisco Phones setup (CUCM Administration)
