The Bristan Group has partnered with Robert Walters Technology. They are keen to appoint an IT Application Support Analyst to work closely with the Application Support and Development team to ensure that IT applications are administered to an agreed standard and support is delivered within SLAs.

The Bristan Group has partnered with Robert Walters TechYou will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of users in a standardised way across our application platforms. They will ensure that levels of access are approved and appropriate and will maintain an auditable process of any changes. They will also be the first point of contact for application-based incidents and will own communications with the end users to ensure they are updated on progress. To ensure success, the role holder will need to have meticulous attention to detail and be able to work well in a small IT team.

The IT Application Support Analyst will also be responsible for assisting with and performing support and development tasks relating to all business systems (including, but not limited to Salesforce, Talend, IFS, Qliksense).

The role is based out of the Tamworth offices, offering a hybrid model, paying a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: IT Application Support Analyst

As an experienced an IT Application Support Analyst, you will report directly into the Application Support & Development Manager with skills in the following areas:

Duties: IT Application Support Analyst

• Work with business areas to be a first point of contact for application related problems and incidents
• Resolve issues in line with agreed SLAs
• Document and work to agreed processes
• Involvement in delivery of projects as required including managing test processes
• Engagement with 3^rd party suppliers as required to resolve issues
• Delivery of minor business process flow / configuration changes within applications
• Assist in producing end user documentation and training materials
• Carrying out procurement administration for the team
• Assist with and perform support and development tasks relating to all business systems

Experience: IT Application Support Analyst

• Experience of working with 3^rd party suppliers would be beneficial
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Software Incident management experience
• Experience of Salesforce, Talend, IFS and Qliksense would be beneficial, but not required as training will be provided
