Head of Technology-Big Retailer Client Facing

Our client is a small size Fintech service provider that provides credit card and POS system set up and after sales services to large retailers (large volume/high value/long contracts). It’s a 100 people company across 3 European countries and has been in the market for 20 years. With a new product to offer to new range of clients (small retailers), the company is now looking for a 4th person to join their senior management team to work fully remote in England.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Tech representative of the business towards clients (large retailers for existing products and small retailers for new products).
  • Lead the business to achieve ISO 27001 accreditation

Key job requirement:

  • 5 + years of experience working with company with both hardware and software products
  • Understand software and platform integration
  • Proven experience as an IT leader in similar size business in a similar sector with similar customers that have a high level of IT security expectations
  • Experience of facing big retailers as clients
