IT Support Analyst

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a leading UK-based law firm. They have a strong history of providing legal services across various sectors. Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced IT Support Analyst, paying a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits. The role is based out of the central Birmingham offices with a hybrid working model. As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will provide support to partners and lawyers and business support across the firm.

IT Support Analyst: Duties

• Experience in Legal, Finance or Professional Services
• Support via phone, email, remote tools and in person
• Diagnose/Resolve incidents – hardware, software, mobile devices
• Log/Track through IT service Management systems
• Support with project tasks

IT Support Analyst: Experience

• Build, Deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones
• Microsoft 365, Team, Outlook
• Windows 10/11
• User administration
• ITIL or Service Desk workflows

The permanent role for an IT Support Analyst will pay a salary up to £30,000 with a hybrid working from the central Birmingham offices.
