Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Functional HR Oracle Engineer (Oracle HCM) to join their team. This role offers an attractive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 base plus a 5% bonus and periodical salary reviews. The position is fully remote with no office expectation, providing you with the flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:

As a Functional HR Oracle Engineer (Oracle HCM), you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company's HR Tech functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing absence management configuration and overseeing global HR configuration. You will play a key role in implementation processes and handle performance & talent management module tasks. Additionally, you will manage payroll operations module tasks and understand and manage personalization’s & security technical aspects. Your expertise in using Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting tools will be crucial in this role.

  • Manage Absence Management Configuration
  • Oversee Global HR Configuration
  • Play a key role in implementation processes
  • Handle Performance & Talent Management module tasks
  • Manage Payroll operations module tasks
  • Understand and manage personalization’spersonalization’s & Security Technical aspects
