Senior Infrastructure Engineer Salary: up to £70,000 Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their rapidly expanding infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, improvement and support of IT infrastructure systems, ensuring a reliable platform for all business operations.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape of our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure systems that form the backbone of business operations. Your expertise in Azure, Server Technologies and Active Directory will be invaluable as you navigate through complex technical challenges. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with IT security processes.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Server Technologies and OS (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Some scripting knowledge
  • Understanding of IT security processes and compliance
  • Proven skills in networking, storage, virtualization and back up solutions
