IT Disaster Recovery Manager

IT Disaster Recovery Manager Location – Birmingham (Hybrid) Sector – Professional Services Salary - £60,000 - £75,000

Robert Walters have partnered with a leading professional services client to help build out their Information Security practice. This role will play a key part in strengthening the organisations overall Information Security posture by improving their IT Disaster Recovery process and implementing bespoke solutions that are in line with the organisation’s security strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and delivering the overall Disaster Recovery (DR) Strategy across all functions.
  • Conducting analysis on current processes and recommending improvements.
  • Risk based approach with an understanding of Risk Management Frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience within IT Disaster Recovery preferably within a highly regulated industry or consulting.
  • Disaster Recovery planning and execution experience.
  • Understanding of IT Risk and frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001/2.
  • Understanding of Business Continuity planning.
  • Third party supplier management skills.
