Identity & Access Management Manager

Identity & Access Management Manager Location – Birmingham (Hybrid) Sector – Professional Services Salary - £60,000 - £75,000

Robert Walters have partnered with a leading professional services client to help build out their Information Security practice. This role will play a key part in strengthening the organisations overall Information Security posture. You will be responsible for the design of the Identity & Access Management strategy by doing analysis on existing processes and implementing a bespoke solution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders such as the CISO to design IAM strategy.
  • Analysing existing processes and creating plans to improve in the future.
  • Eventually you will be able to establish a IAM team within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience within Identity & Access Management preferably within a highly regulated industry or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IAM tooling such as Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Okta and SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of current Information Security Frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR.
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
