Senior Identity & Access Management Analyst Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Birmingham Hybrid – can also be based in London or Manchester.

Our client is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join their dynamic Cyber Security team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engagements, delivering cutting-edge technical solutions in the IAM domain. The successful candidate will be trusted to deliver high-quality work and get it right the first time.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Identity & Access Management Analyst, your role will be pivotal within the Cyber Security team. You will lead IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery, providing your expert knowledge on IAM controls. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the development of strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains. You'll utilise your specialist knowledge on IAM tooling and their integration with client IT systems. Clear communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the business is essential.

What you bring:

• Proven experience of IAM requirements gathering; and strategy and design development
• Experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects
• Experience implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust and Microsoft Entra ID
• Ability to interpret enterprise scale user data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Eligibility for SC clearance
