What you'll do:
As a Platforms & Infrastructure Operations Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless and efficient operations that support business goals and objectives. You will be tasked with managing tactical plans and providing support to others to achieve positive results for the business in line with strategy. Your role will also involve interacting with Senior IT and Business leadership around the performance of services. Furthermore, you will oversee and monitor Infrastructure and Cloud services to ensure that strategically important data and mission-critical systems receive the highest levels of protection.
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT platforms and infrastructure.
- Ensure the stability, security, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure.
- Contribute to functional strategy development and prioritise operational deliverables.
- Manage relationships with appropriate 3rd parties to ensure delivery of a quality and cost-effective service.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of the platform.
- Be accountable for the quality of service and performance of the team.
