Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Algorithm Developer to join their growing team. This role offers a salary of £70,000 and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the defence sector. You'll work on algorithm development and tackle challenging technical problems that make a real-world impact. This position is based in Aylesbury, with a hybrid working setup of 2 days per week in the office.

What you'll do:

As a Mid-Level Algorithm Developer, you’ll work on exciting projects within the defence sector, designing and developing algorithms to solve complex problems. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in C++ and leverage your background in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, or Physics to deliver effective solutions.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in algorithm development and experience with C++. A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to achieve SC clearance in both the UK and US are important for this role.
