I am seeking a passionate individual to join this innovative AI team. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design, development, training, and testing of machine learning models and algorithms tailored for constrained annotated data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and refine machine learning models and algorithms to address challenges related to limited annotated data.
• Leadership: Lead a dedicated team, collaborating closely with the product owner and technical lead, to evaluate the feasibility and market viability of products within asset inspection and precision manufacturing.
• Data Optimisation: Identify appropriate training data sets and implement enhancements to existing neural network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
• Solution Deployment: Streamline coding processes, meticulously train, validate, test, and deploy machine learning solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed customer needs.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry advancements, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance our machine learning capabilities.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with constrained annotated data.
• Proven track record in leading teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimise and streamline machine learning solutions.
