FS Data Analyst (Chinese-speaking)

We are currently seeking a FS Data Analyst (Chinese-speaking) for a hybrid role based in Altrincham, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week. This is an inside IR35 contract for a duration of 3 months, with an immediate start.

Our client, a global organization, is undergoing a finance system transformation across various platforms, including accounting, expense, revenue, and cost systems. As part of the UK rollout, FS Data Analyst (Chinese-speaking) will play a crucial role in supporting data migration and resolving legacy accounts payable (AP) data issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure clean and accurate reconciliation between legacy and new systems.

- Resolve or clearly map legacy AP data issues.

- Maintain no significant data gaps post-migration.

- Effectively track and resolve system issues.

- Provide smooth support for finance users during the rollout.

Suitable applicants will have:

- Business fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), both spoken and written.

- Experience in Finance Data Migration/Analysis roles, including:

- Data reconciliation.

- Handling finance data within systems.

- Accounts Payable processes.

- System migration or implementation projects (preferred).

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups required).

- ERP experience (SAP preferred).

- Familiarity with expense or finance systems.

- A strong data and systems mindset, detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.

- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
